Paper Trails Process Serving is a  personal service company that are experts in serving court documents.  We deliver the papers to the party being served. We will serve them either at the party’s home, work, or anywhere on the street. We will identify the party being served and hand the legal papers to him or her and inform him or her that they are court papers.

In some cases, the party being served will not take the papers.  In those cases we leave documents on the ground in front of the recipient..  If they takes the papers and throw them away or tear them up,, service is still considered to be valid. The person being served does not have to sign anything.

We then fill out a proof of service, detailing when, where, and how (in person) the papers were served.  We sign  the proof of service and return it to you to file in court.
